Voice & Silence

It seems Parkinson’s is gradually taking away my physical voice.  I speak much softer now, and if I am tired, my words slur and become garbled.  The silence can be deafening…until I remember that my mind  is as clear and loud as ever.  So, I write!  My husband calls this my “Poison Pen” for it often prompts a response.  Please feel free!  Counter my ideas. Write your perspective.  Be the balance.  Goodness knows, we Parkeys need all the help we can get.

Incidentally, if you are here to read about Parkinson’s, click on the “Blog” tab.  Then, I suggest that you scroll down to my first few entries, and read them all in chronological order.
