Voice & Silence

It seems Parkinson’s is gradually taking away my physical voice.  I speak much softer now, and if I am tired, my words slur and become garbled.  The silence can be deafening…until I remember that my mind  is as clear and loud as ever.  So, I write!  My husband calls this my “Poison Pen” for it often prompts a response.  Please feel free!  Counter my ideas. Write your perspective.  Be the balance.  Goodness knows, we need all balance and dialogue we can get! I am far more afraid of silence than I am of differing opinions!

Incidentally, if you are here to read about Parkinson’s, click on the “Blog” tab.  Then, I suggest that you scroll down to my first few entries, and read them all in chronological order.
